Understanding the Terms & Conditions
The Geier Radio System (GRS), including its administrators and owners, shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of life arising from the use or existence of the system. This protection extends to all individuals, whether they are internal members of the GRS group, external third parties, or individuals.

The Geier Radio System assumes no responsibility for physical, remote or digital damage to property. This includes damage to radio hardware or infrastructure, interference with external electronic systems, or any incidental damage to real estate or personal belongings occurring inside or outside of the group’s membership.

Users explicitly acknowledge that the ability to transmit or receive may be revoked or fail at any time. GRS is not responsible if a person’s radio becomes inhibited, bricked, or otherwise rendered non-functional. This exclusion of liability applies regardless of whether the inhabitation was caused by the user’s own actions/errors or by GRS administrative actions/system failure. Users recognize that GRS is not an emergency service and cannot be liable for any damages resulting from a user's inability to communicate due to equipment being inhibited.

By accessing or interacting with GRS frequencies, services, assets or equipment, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GRS from any legal claims or lawsuits, costs, or financial losses associated with the use of the system.
Privileges to Use
Usage of the Geier Radio System is a privilege and not a right. GRS administrators reserve the right to revoke a person's ability to use the system at any time, with or without any reason. User's who use the Geier Radio System's website, assets, forms, repeaters, or other equipment or services are responsible and accountable for their own actions that they act upon or caused.
